We are actively monitoring the news about the coronavirus and taking necessary precautions to ensure Dahme Mechanical remains open, technicians are available for residential and commercial plumbing services, and our call center is staffed. We want to be there for our customers in times like this, when they need us most to help ensure their safety.
We are taking many precautionary measures to help prevent what we can while being able to help you. Below is a list of just some of the steps we are taking to mitigate risk while we help you with your plumbing needs in home or in your place of business. If for any reason you would like to change an existing appointment date, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office.
- Any staff member, office employee or field technician, is required to stay home if they or a family member are experiencing any signs of illness.
- All employees will be using hand sanitizer throughout the day, physical contact with customers and fellow employees (i.e. shaking hands) is prohibited, and any items being given to customers from our office or technicians will be handled with sanitary gloves.
- We will continue to maintain clean working space conditions in our office, your home, and in your businesses. It is always important for us to leave a space cleaner than when we found it, more so now than ever before.
The best thing we can do for our customers is continue to provide high quality service so they feel safe in their homes and in their place of business. We will do everything in our power to do so and do it in the safest possible way.
We will continue to update our guidance as the situation evolves. Thank you for your time and please contact us with any questions!
